HOW IT WORKS

First, fill out the application form.
I’ll then book us a 20-minute video call to chat through your website goals and see if we’re a good fit.
Once I know the details, I can let you know how much time you’ll need (if more than one day’s work) and what dates I have available.

If you’re happy and you’ve picked a date, i’ll send you a 30% deposit invoice to secure it in my calendar. The remainder will be paid on completion.
Please pick a day where you can make yourself available to give quick input on my design work. The faster I can get your feedback, the more I can get done!

I’ll send you a questionnaire to complete along with a link for you to upload any content that’s required for me to do the work.
You can email me any questions between your booking and the day itself.

Grab a brew - we’ll kick off with a quick video call to review our task list before I set to work for 8 hours.
Expect frequent communication throughout the day for quick feedback and updates.
At the end of the day, we’ll review. 90% of the time, the project gets completed in one day but further days or half days can be booked if needed. Enjoy your updated site!

Your day may be over, but access to my support is not!
For two weeks after, you can email me any questions or niggles and i’ll send you resources or tutorial videos so you feel confident making future changes yourself. I’d love us to stay in touch.

Apply for a Design Day - I will then book us a call to see if we vibe and chat dates.
To secure your date, you’ll pay a 30% deposit to secure it in my diary. Pick a day where you will be contactable throughout!
I’ll email you a questionnaire to complete where you’ll tell me about your goals and provide any content in advance.
Design Day arrives - we’ll have a kick-off call to go over everything before I go and do the work. We’ll review the work at the end.
You’ll have two weeks of free support from me to tie up any loose ends. Enjoy!

No way José. The unique design I create for you will not be resold to anyone else.

I can offer a Mini Brand a simple text-based logo, two paired fonts and a colour palette.
If you’d prefer a bespoke graphic logo package, then I work with a graphic designer who can create this for you.Re copy - I have an easy copywriting template to help you write your own website copy. Or I have a trusted copywriter who can write it for you.

If things overrun or the brief changes half way through, then you can book a Power Hour or another Design Day or a half day rate (for existing clients only)

No, I only customise templates that I have designed myself. This familiarity allows me to fully transform an entire website quickly in just 1 day.
